ASK A LIBRARIAN (ASKAL) POLICY INGRAM LIBRARY
To provide reference assistance electronically to anyone e-mailing the library to
request quick information. Questions answered will include requests for brief facts
or statistics, library holdings, services, and hours, selection and use of electronic
databases and resources, and cite verification.

We will attempt to answer questions in forty-eight hours. Friday to Sunday
submissions will be initiated on the Monday following the request. ASKAL
will not be available when the library/university is closed.
