Questions about GIL Service? Call the Library Reference Desk, 678-839-6495
Only students who are registered for UWG off-campus courses or
web-based courses are allowed to request to have journal articles and other Reference materials sent to
them.
Before filling your request, we will verify in BANNER that you are eligible for this
special service. If you are a UWG distance education student and you
have tried and exhausted
all other resources available to you (your local libraries, or--if
appropriate--Dalton
College, Georgia Highlands College, or Newnan Libraries), you may request material.
Making a request will require setting up an account in
the Library's ILLIAD system, which is very simple; however, if you have any
problems with that, contact Carol Goodson at
678-839-6507 or cgoodson@westga.edu.
