Pathfinder Encyclopedia (http://www.copewithcytokines.de/). From the
University of Munich, this site offers 6650+ WWW pages devoted to cytokine
research and related subjects, 15000+ cited references, 50000+ internal
hyperlinks and is now enhanced with tables, formulas, graphics, and
MiniCOPE Dictionaries.

Virology related web sites, an index to virus pictures on the web, a
collection of online Virology and Microbiology course notes, and an online
Virology Bookshop with discounts for users. This site is provided by
Tulane University.

(http://ca.expasy.org/). This Expert Protein Analysis System site is
dedicated to the analysis of protein sequences and structures. It is
maintained by the Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics.

The University of South Carolina School of Medicine sponsers this online
textbook that uses texts, tables, and images to cover many aspects of
medicinal microbiology.

(http://www.asm.org/). The website of this organization provides
information and links to numerous topics associated with the many
disciplines of microbiology. The site also includes job listings,
microbiology sites for the public, journals, news, a calendar of
conferences and meetings and much more.
